VENERE

It is an innovative cutting needle which is installed in the embroidery machine instead of an embroidery needle. With it you can offer fashionable eyelet embroideries which could only be made with the boring device in former times. But you can also cut pre-cut appliqués that are embroidered in a second step and need not be cut out afterwards.

Cutting instead of boring with VENERE

VENERE is a cutting needle made of steel which has a razor-sharp point. Each time 4 of these cutting needles are installed on each embroidery head and every needle is inserted at another angle (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°) using a special device. After that, it is possible to cut any requested shape on the embroidery machine.

This technique is suitable for eyelet embroidery (e.g. for ladies? wear) and may be used for precutting appliqués, logos, and emblems when small numbers of pieces are needed.
